Behind the scenes

To help with ongoing talent acquisition, the BBC wanted to capture the culture, energy, and authentic diversity within its Design and Engineering department. Visiting Glasgow, Manchester, and London, I worked with the project lead, to interview and identify potential candidates before producing a series of digital photo stories that showcased the diverse talent working behind the scenes at the Beebs.
